Word of the Week

genius

Meaning: somebody who has extraordinary intellectual powers – a bit of a brain box!

Example of using it in a sentence “Everyone was struggling with the algebra question, until Marcus had a genius moment and was able to explain how to do it and solve it. "

Spelling tip: we are breaking the word up like this just as we say it. Say, “generally both I and us can be a genius.”

                                                               gen + i + us

Use the word as many times throughout the week. This can be verbally, in your written work or listen out for other people using it.
