Weekly Maths Problem
Don’t forget to write out the Weekly Maths Problem at the top of your page, date the work and show all your workings out (even the wrong answers) and then file the evidence in your folder!
There are two dog trainers in the local town. Elaine and Poppy. Elaine trains 4,709 dogs, and the Poppy trains 3,335. About how many dogs do they train? Choose the better estimate, by rounding up to the nearest 10, nearest hundred and the nearest thousand. So, you need to find 3 different answers.
You can share your answers here on Facebook or with me as I visit during the week. Remember you need to show your workings out to get the maximum points.
